प्रजहाति यदा कामान् सर्वान् पार्थ मनोगतान्
आत्मनि एव आत्मना तुष्टः स्थितप्रज्ञ तदा उच्यते

श्रीभगवानुवाच -
प्रजहाति यदा कामान्सर्वान्पार्थ मनोगतान् ।
आत्मन्येवात्मना तुष्टः स्थितप्रज्ञस्तदोच्यते ॥२:५५॥

shribhagavaanuvaacha -
prajahaati yadaa kaamaansarvaanpaartha manogataan
aatmanyevaatmanaa tushtah sthitapragyastadochate ||2:55||

prajahaati yadaa kaamaan sarvaan paartha manogataan
aatmani eva aatmanaa tushtah sthitapragya tadaa uchyate

Purport The glorious god said: when one renounces all the desires going in the mind and in the soul, O Paartha (Arjun), and is pleased or satisfied by oneself then they are called said to be firm in judgement or wisdom.
