यदि अपि एते न पश्यन्ति लोभ: उपहत चेतसः
कुल क्षय कृतम् दोषम् मित्र दोहे च पातकम्
यद्यप्येते न पश्यन्ति लोभोपहतचेतसः ।
कुलक्षयकृतं दोषं मित्रदोहे च पातकम् ॥१:३८॥
yadyapyete na pashyanti lobhopahatachetasah
kulakshayakritam dosham mitradohe cha paatakam ||1:38||
yadi api ete na pashyanti lobhah upahata chetasah
kula kshaya kritam dosham mitra dohe cha paatakam
Purport Even if they do not see, with their damaged minds, the fault in the loss of the clan and the sin in exploitation of the friends.
