अधर्मम् धर्मम् इति या मन्यते तमस आवृता
सर्व अर्थान् विपरीतान् च बुद्धिः सा पार्थ तामसी

अधर्मं धर्ममिति या मन्यते तमसावृता ।
सर्वार्थान्विपरीतांश्च बुद्धिः सा पार्थ तामसी ॥१८:३२॥

sarvaarthaanvipareetaanshcha buddhih saa paartha taamasee ||18:32||

adharmam dharmam iti yaa manyate tamasa aavritaa
sarva arthaan vipareetaan cha buddhih saa paartha taamasee

Purport The intelligence by which one thinks sin as righteousness and, covered in darkness, thinks the opposite in all the objects affecting the senses, O Paartha (Arjun), that is Taamasee (having the characteristics of darkness or ignorance).
